FLOCERT strengthens senior leadership with new appointments

With the appointment of Jens Taubel as Chief Growth Officer, FLOCERT has finalised the setup of its new three-person leadership team. Born in Hanover, Germany, Jens Taubel brings over 30 years of sales and leadership experience, gained in the automotive sector and in his roles as a consultant and coach in a number of different industries. He joins Thorsten Niklas, FLOCERT's Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, and Natalie McLachlan, who took up the position of Chief People and Governance Officer in December 2025.

"This structure will enhance our agility. It covers all business areas and central functions to ensure continuity while simultaneously enhancing strategic decision-making", explains Thorsten Niklas. "Our leadership team combines experience, expertise, and a readiness for change and growth to guide FLOCERT into a successful future."

With all three positions now filled, the new senior leadership team will start its joint tenure as of today, 15 April 2026.
