Mareike Schneider joined FLOCERT when the Competence Management team was first established and has been a key member ever since. With a background in Business Psychology and intercultural experience, she was a perfect fit for the role from the start. In her current position, she is responsible for setting up the Competency System, which includes planning and monitoring training and calibration sessions, managing the assessment system and overseeing competencies within the Operational Department. Beyond her professional work, Mareike loves exploring international cuisine, immersing herself in music and enjoying a good book.
