We’ll likewise get you started in Fairtrace, so you can manage your Fairtrade trading and reporting.
Our platforms for customers
Whether checking certification progress, providing evidence for Corrective Measures or searching for other Fairtrade customers, Intact Platform (formerly called Ecert) is where all customers, auditors and National Fairtrade Organisations (NFOs) can view and download relevant information or upload documents.
Fairtrace, our reporting and assurance platform, is available for all Fairtrade-certified supply chain actors. It captures traded volumes, Minimum Price and Premium payments, and enables customers to collaborate in the reporting and verification of trades.
- For Intact Platform, all authentication-related emails will come from email@example.com. We will never ask you for your password.
- After you log in to the Intact Platform web portal, check the “FAQ Documents” for how to use all the portal features.
- Sometimes we will offer customer support via TeamViewer, a German remote access and remote control computer software tool. By downloading the software, you allow our support colleagues maintenance of your computer.
- For Fairtrace, all authentication-related emails will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. A password reset email will come from email@example.com. We will never ask you for your password.
- After you log in to Fairtrace, check the “Help” section for any questions or portal user manuals.
- Intact Platform and Fairtrace use different sets of credentials. If you forget your password, you can always reset it.
The Stakeholder Portal provides all colleagues from Fairtrade International, National Fairtrade Organisations (NFOs) and Producer Networks (PNs) with in-depth, insider Fairtrade Certification information and resources.
