Join Our Team as a Certification Analyst!
FLOCERT is looking for a Certification Analyst to temporarily strengthen the Certification Europe team for a period of 12 months.
This role is designed as a temporary reinforcement of team capacity within Certification Europe and is not tied to a specific market or individual replacement. The allocation of tasks and language focus will depend on operational needs and workload distribution within the team.
As a Certification Analyst, you will coordinate assurance services and audits for assigned customers, analyse documentation and audit reports, support certification decisions, and contribute to maintaining high-quality and credible assurance processes.
You will work in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with international stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Act as account manager for assigned customers and services within Certification Europe.
- Communicate actively with applicants and certified customers, providing necessary information and addressing customer needs.
- Perform analysis of assessment reports and data sets to support evidence-based certification decisions.
- Handle certification applications and related processes as part of the overall Analyst responsibilities, depending on operational needs.
- Enter, maintain and ensure accuracy of data across relevant systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of assurance processes and participate in cross-functional projects as required.
- Support identification and delivery of new assurance services where relevant.
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- University degree (B.A. or equivalent) or vocational education in Business, Agronomy, Economics, Food Science or related fields.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in an office-based and customer-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and in at least two additional European languages relevant for Certification Europe operations.
- Additional European language skills are considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and structured working style.
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence.
- High reliability and team orientation.
- Commitment to credible social certification and assurance principles.
Important Information
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months and serves as a temporary reinforcement of team capacity within Certification Europe. A potential extension beyond the 12-month period cannot be guaranteed and will depend on future organisational needs.
