Description
At FLOCERT, IT security is more than just protecting systems – it’s about safeguarding trust in fair global trade. As our new IT Security & Risk Manager, you will take a key role in ensuring that our digital backbone is resilient, reliable, and future-proof. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will design and implement security standards that help us live up to our mission. Working hand in hand with colleagues from IT, Legal, Data Protection and Governance, you will create awareness, mitigate risks, and ensure that our organisation can continue to deliver on its promise: fair and secure trade worldwide.

- Salary: The salary and benefit package depend upon qualifications and experience

Your responsibilities
- Oversee IT security for endpoints, infrastructure, applications and cloud
- Develop and enforce security concepts, policies and guidelines
- Identify threats and vulnerabilities, and define concrete measures
- Monitor, evaluate and improve IT security on a continuous basis
- Take ownership of findings from audits, reviews and incidents, and follow up on solutions
- Collaborate on business continuity management and supplier assessments
- Contribute to IT security projects and stay ahead of emerging trends
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Degree or professional qualification in IT or IT security
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT operations
- Strong knowledge of IT security systems and standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO/IEC)
- Experience in security analysis, assessments and project management
- Excellent documentation, analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Resilient, systematic and solution-oriented
