Our 2024 certification fee

Dear Valued Customer,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an upcoming change in FLOCERT‘s certification fee that will take effect on 1 January, 2024. Starting from this date, an increase of 3% will be implemented.

We are aware that any fee adjustment is an important decision, and we have not taken this decision lightly. Over the past 12 months, we have seen yet another dramatic increase in labour and operational costs, driven by external economic factors such as rising inflation rates and increases in wage tariffs. While we have made every effort to absorb these additional costs internally by further optimising processes, we have reached a point where a fee adjustment is necessary to maintain the quality of service you expect from us.

We deeply appreciate your continued trust and commitment to Fairtrade Certification and believe this adjustment will ensure we can continue providing you with cutting-edge and credible services. Please note that you have the right to terminate the Certification contract with us due to this fee amendment within 30 days after receipt of the official communication via email (27 September 2023).
