Audit
A process within the Certification to gather evidence, aimed at assessing fulfilment of certain standards by the Customer and/or a product manufactured or trader by the Customer, as demonstrated by them. Audits can take place at the Customer’s place of business and/or remotely, as well as with and without announcement.
