FLOCERT certifies EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency

FLOCERT is pleased to announce that the company is certifying the brand new EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification and the related EDGEplus Pay Equity and Transparency Certification. Already a chosen certifier for EDGE's Certification framework since its founding in 2015, FLOCERT is proud to support the scheme's new stand-alone certification services around pay equity, as they offer a practical pathway for companies and organisations to demonstrate committment to equitable and transparent pay practices.

Within the five-step process towards EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification, FLOCERT will verify the outcomes of the company's pay equity assessment and organisational review. After successfully undergoing the independent audit, the company will receive the EDGE Pay Equity and Transparency Certification and certification seal from FLOCERT.
